We spent Easter in a lovely chalet-style hotel in the French mountains. The views were stunning, with easy access to ski lifts and walks. The breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of local produce, served in the room. We especially enjoyed the option to have a grand terrace with a hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax after a day out in the fresh air.

We found that some things came at an extra charge, which we were not always made aware of, such as firewood and cleaning supplies. , the sinks were a bit small and the instructions for some amenities were not explained clearly.

Great hosts who go the extra mile to help and make you feel welcome. the breakfast served was of high quality with locally sourced ingredients. the hotel's location is very convenient, with beautiful mountains nearby and ski lifts just a short walk away.

Some aspects about the room were subpar, such as the lack of proper explanation on how to operate certain devices in the room. the room was a bit dark and had no direct access to the terrace.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in La Clusaz and were delighted with our experience. the hotel provides exclusive amenities, including a private Jacuzzi and massage services that fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the service was impressive, and every staff member made us feel welcome. the location advantages were excellent, offering easy access to nearby hiking trails.

this was more than compensated for by the private facilities and exceptional service we received.

Getting to the hotel can be slightly challenging due to a lack of signage.

We had an very nice stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff who were always eager to help with transportation and recommended amazing local restaurants in the village. the hotel facilities were great, including a cozy hot tub on the grand terrace, and the location in the fine mountains was unmatched. The cleanliness was also perfect.
